The NDIS is about giving you more choice in how you live your life by having control of the way your support funding is spent.
At Stepping Forward Therapy Services we are here to help you take the first steps toward being NDIS ready.
There are 5 steps in the NDIS planning process:
- Think about your needs and goals
- Review your plan annually or as needed if your needs change
- Meet with your personal planner
- Develop your plan
- At Stepping Forward Therapy Services we will work with you so that you are as prepared as possible to meet with your personal planner who will be allocated by the NDIS.
- Your personal planner will then help you develop your NDIS plan and decide who you would like to provide your supports.
- Approve your plan and manage your supports
- Review your plan annually or as needed if your needs change
