Looking for a stepping-stone before you join community, gym or social sports?

Strength & Core Program

School offers a lot of structure and support to help young people participate and thrive in sport and physical activity. But what do you do if your interests are outside school? At a local sports club, gym, community classes… or at home?

This program is ideal for 14 years+ who are preparing for self-guided exercise but need a little more individualised support.

Work on your goals with likeminded young people, have guidance and supervision to progress your exercises… and have a bit of fun!

Each participant is encouraged to support each other towards ‘personal bests’, celebrate differences and try things that are challenging. Help with technique, motor planning, task break down and personalised progression is provided by Stepping Forward.

Stepping Forward currently have places available for our Thursday afternoon Strength and Core Program.
